2. Subscription Service

  • Babel Tales offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

3. Free and Premium Features

Free Tier:

  • 5 stories per month
  • One target language
  • Basic genres only
  • Save up to 10 stories

Premium Subscription:

  • Unlimited story generation
  • All languages available
  • Access to all genres
  • Unlimited story saves
  • Cross-device sync

4. Content and Copyright

  • Stories generated through the App are for personal use only
  • You retain rights to stories you generate
  • The App's AI technology and infrastructure remain the property of [Your Company Name]
  • You agree not to use the App for generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

5. User Data and Privacy

  • The App collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • We use OpenAI's API for story generation
  • Your stories may be temporarily stored for functionality purposes
  • We implement industry-standard security measures

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for:
